Delete your account
You can delete a Gurato account yourself. You do not need to email us first.
In the app or on the website
Open Account, then Delete account, and type DELETE. You are signed out when it finishes.
What is removed
Your profile, your password, and your Google or Apple sign-in. Sessions on every device end.
What the other person still has
A conversation is not deleted by this. The other person can still read it. Your name is removed from your seat.
If you cannot sign in
Write to hello@gurato.ai from the address on the account and ask for it to be deleted.
