Gurato
Mr. H is listening, and mostly staying quiet

Every conversation deserves another perspective.

An AI participant for conversations that matter.

Mr. H is first. Neutral, present, mostly quiet.

When he speaks, he names what you already agree on.

How it works

Three steps, one honest conversation.

No forms, no scores, no verdicts. A room, the two of you, and a participant with no side to take.

  1. Create a Gurato

A Gurato is a private room for one live conversation. Name it, and you are in.

  2. Invite one person

You get a link and a short code. They need both. No account, no download, nothing to install.

  3. Leave with clarity

The session closes with a shared summary: what you agree on, what is still open, and one next step you both accepted.

True of every room

  • Encrypted in transit and at rest
  • Never trains on your data
  • Built and hosted in Germany
  • Invitation only — a link and a code
  • No ads, ever
  • Neutral by design
  • Delete a conversation, permanently
Participants

One participant now. More when they are ready.

Every participant is neutral. Mr. H is the one you can invite today — the rest are being built, and we would rather say so than pretend.

  • Mr. H

    Human MediatorAvailable now

A thoughtful third person — with both of you, on neither side. Steps in when something is stuck or worth naming.

  • Dr. R

    Reasoning Specialist
    Coming

Pressure-tests the thinking: the assumptions, the trade-offs, and what the facts actually support.

  • Captain C

    Sports companion
    Coming

A third person for the match. Football, and sport in general. He can talk through a game, a result, or the season with you, and he does not join either side.

  • Coach P

    Performance Coach
    Coming

Turns talk into commitment — one owner, one next step, one date you both accepted.

What you get

Built for understanding, not for winning.

Every feature exists to lower the temperature and raise the clarity of a hard conversation.

  • Neutral by design

Gurato never declares a winner, never scores either of you, and never issues a verdict. If it cannot stay neutral, it says so and steps back.

  • Knows when to stay quiet

Silence is the default, not the exception. Mr. H reads every message and speaks only when it would genuinely help.

  • A summary you both keep

Every session ends with the agreements, the open points, and one next step you both accepted. That artifact is the point.

  • Honest about privacy

Encrypted in transit and at rest. Mr. H reads your messages — that is how he works — but we never train on them, never sell them, and delete for real when you ask.

  • Your language, both sides

English, Arabic, Spanish and German, with right-to-left handled properly rather than bolted on.

  • Invitation only

A room needs a unique link and a short code you share separately. A forwarded link on its own opens nothing.

Who it is for

Any two people with something difficult to say.

Gurato holds exactly two people. That constraint is the feature — turn-taking is observable, so the room stays a conversation rather than a crowd.

  • Partners

Money, time, family, the future. Talk about it once, properly.

  • Colleagues

The 1:1 that keeps getting rescheduled because neither of you wants to start it.

  • Friends

The thing you have both been carefully not mentioning for a year.

  • Co-founders

Equity, roles, direction. Decided in writing, without resentment.

Straight answers

What actually happens to what you say.

Most products in this space are vague about this. Here is the specific version.

Questions

What people ask before they start.

Does the AI take sides?

No. Gurato is built to be neutral: it reflects both positions, names what is shared, and never issues a verdict or scores either person. If it cannot stay neutral on a topic, it says so and steps back.

Who can read my conversations?

The two of you, and Mr. H. Your messages are encrypted in transit and at rest, but this is standard cloud infrastructure — plaintext reaches our servers and the model, because reading the conversation is how mediation works. We do not claim end-to-end encryption. What we do promise: never used for training, never sold, short retention, and real deletion on request.

Is this therapy?

No. Gurato is a communication tool, not treatment, and it is not a substitute for a licensed professional. If a conversation shows signs of coercion or someone at risk, Mr. H ends the session and surfaces local support resources.

What does it cost?

Nothing today. Gurato is free while we get it right. Limits and paid plans will come later, for longer sessions and memory across sessions, and we will say so plainly before anything changes for you.

What languages does it work in?

English, Arabic, Spanish and German today, with full right-to-left support for Arabic. More will follow.

How do I invite someone?

You get a room link and a short code. Share both, by whatever channel you like — the link alone opens nothing. The person you invite does not need an account or an app.

Start the conversation you have been avoiding.

Gurato is free while we get it right. No card, no setup, no account for the person you invite.

Available on the web. Nothing to install.
